In the quiz, why is it 'leave' and not 'left' or 'leaving'?

Ah so this is a grammar rule? Like a fixed structure?
Thanks! I picked 'left' cause it sounded right haha.

Good to know! I thought one of them was less polite, lol.
I always used 'Can I get' but now I'm trying 'I'd like' because it feels smoother.

Yeah I always used 'Can I get…' with everything tbh 😂
Good to know. 'I’ll also get…' sounds more formal to me.

Ohh okay! I didn’t know that’s what made it polite.
I always get confused between 'want' and 'would like'. This clears it up!

I said 'medium hot latte iced' once and confused the barista 😂
Ooooh I always thought iced just meant ice cubes! Didn't know it changed the whole drink!

'Exactly' sounds so confident! I'm gonna try that one.
Cool, I’ve been saying 'yes ok' but it sounds kinda awkward 🤔

I never knew the preposition 'by' was important here!
Makes sense. I said 'card' once and they looked at me weird lol.

I tried saying the barista’s name once and he smiled big haha.
